Jobdot is a boutique recruiting agency specializing in the placement of digital media professionals on a national basis. Our clients include everyone from the largest multi-media companies to innovative start-ups, offering the latest digital advertising solutions across display, video, social media, technology, mobile and search. We are the only recruiting agency comprised of online media veterans with 25+ years of combined industry experience. This expertise provides the foundation for the trusted relationships we build with both our clients and candidates.
We're currently looking to expand our team by adding like-minded individuals interested in continuing or establishing a career in recruiting. Those interested in joining us should be eager to assist with the growth of our significant footprint in the online media space.

Senior Talent Specialist candidates with all the tools, guidance and support they will need to be successful.
This is what you'll be responsible for...
- Recruiting candidates for open positions in the digital media industry.
- Sourcing, pre-qualifying and assessing the talent and skill level of candidates identified by cold-calling, email campaigns, industry/networking referrals, colleague collaboration and our robust database.
- Prospecting and signing new clients to grow your business and increase commissions.
- Account Management - working with clients to guide candidates through the recruitment process.
- Maintaining accurate data utilizing Jobdot's state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System.
- Being an expert in digital media by keeping in close touch with the industry via trade publications/trade resources, industry events, training and networking.
You're the right person for this job if you have...
- 3 or more years of recruiting experience plus 1 or more years of digital media experience OR 3 or more years of digital media experience and 1 or more years of sales or recruiting experience.
- An outgoing nature, a genuine concern for the well being of others and a passion for working with people.
- The desire to achieve financial success while enjoying what you do and the people you work with.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The enthusiasm to network and build a book of business by phone.
- The desire to learn more about the online media industry.
- BA or BS Degree.

The Opportunity...
We are offering an enterprising, proactive expert in organization and communication the opportunity to oversee the entire administrative function for Jobdot. This role comes with significant responsibility and has tremendous upside potential for someone who thrives on multi-tasking effectively and taking projects and running with them.
This is what you'll be responsible for...
- Overseeing our massive database of industry talent via Jobdot's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Managing the ATS relationship including the updating of contact information, resolution of technical issues and general oversight of the vendor relationship.
- Maintaining existing relationships with our job board vendors which includes writing job descriptions, posting jobs, mining databases for relevant resumes, managing search agents, parsing relevant resumes into the ATS and responding to emails.
- Assisting the team by formatting resumes, coordinating interviews, performing reference checks and being involved in all aspects of the recruitment process overall.
- Coordinating Jobdot's marketing efforts via online marketing channels, maintenance of Jobdot.com, coordinating events and managing our social media efforts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
- General office administration.

- 1-2 years experience working in a recruitment coordinator capacity.
- The best organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills of anyone you know.
